Great app to help you workout!!!

The app helps you build up workout routine and see how others progress. Its my personal trianer now and Im currently in a HIIT 3-week class in the app. Follow me (GraceIs) if you are a workout-holic!

I love Keep, especially the community it created online. All videos and user friendly instructions makes it much easier to practice everyday~ The most important thing is: I could clearly see results within five days! When are you going to release the English version haha?

There are so many great training sessions to join! Everyone can have some professional training at anywhere anytime as long as you have a yoga matt!
