- 由于跑步功能具有后台语音提醒,切换至后台播报时仍会保持 GPS 连接。语音播报可以帮助用户在切换至后台时会播报速度等相关参数,但是 GPS 在后台持续运行会影响电池续航时间。
- 持续使用跑步 GPS 在后台可能会衰减您的电池寿命。

HIIT 種類的 program 非常不錯,真人示範等的設計挺好。希望能加入更多的種類,比如伸拉方面的。
-Very fast. Dont need to wait too long time. As a oversea user, I tried an other app"硬派健身”(which also a great app! The only thing is when I use that one, I need to wait soooooooo long time.) -real people illustration, easy to understand -
Looking forward to more training programs and exercises to be added to and updated
I cant live without it! really useful and easy to use. Love it so much!
Dont know how non-English speakers utilize it, but for Chinese speaking people, this app may be a real good life companion. Moves and technicals are clearly illustrated, easy to follow and keep up! Good job!!

Some bad moments

It wont launch at all after I upgrade to 2.11 Did you guys test it before release?
Description says language can be either Chinese or English. Everything is only Chinese. How do I switch to English?
I love this training app, it keeps me motivated and keep going each day!!
Great app. It keeps me going! I can see how other people are doing too and see their results.
I have been using Keep since last July. First introduced by a Chinese friend then I fell in love with it. Ive used free workout apps such as Nike Training Club and Workout. Keep is the best so far. It has tutorial videos on exercising different body parts, it provides course schedules depending on your goals, it also provides a health related community for members to share their workout experience. I like it because it motivates me and helps me learn from other peoples success in weight loss and developing a healthy habit.
The app creates private plan based on your body. Clear explanation and video model. Excellent!
